Having been with David & Stone for over a decade, Renée leverages deep institutional knowledge to lead major projects, and navigate complex transactions with ease. Bringing a wealth of expertise to the UK's luxury property landscape, she specialises in servicing our International HNW portfolio and bridging collaborations to deliver carefully curated opportunities and solutions.

As an HR graduate and ARLA Property Professional, Renée combines rigorous compliance and safety standards with a deep commitment to corporate culture and social responsibility. By mentoring the management teams and fostering a high-integrity workplace, Renée ensures a first-class stakeholder experience and sustainable long-term growth across the Group.

Marios Pattihis is a Senior Partner (LLP Member) at Healys LLP, with a career spanning more than four decades in commercial property and international legal practice. He qualified in 1980, quickly establishing a reputation in commercial real estate — particularly shopping centres — and building a loyal following among overseas investors who valued his emphasis on strong, enduring professional relationships.

Since becoming Managing Partner and, later, Senior Partner at Healys, Marios has spearheaded the firm's international practice, focusing on high-net-worth individuals seeking to invest in the UK. He has forged strategic alliances across Hong Kong, Dubai, Lagos, Cairo, Lahore, Karachi and Rome, and created the London Professional Advisors — a multi-disciplinary platform offering a one-stop-shop solution for UK investment to high-net-worth clients globally.

An honorary member of the Cyprus Chambers of Commerce, Marios has facilitated a landmark MOU between the Jeddah and Cyprus Chambers of Commerce, introduced a major sub-Saharan African bank to establish its HQ in Cyprus, and led the consortium advising the Republic of Cyprus on the regulatory and legal framework for a land-based casino resort.

Andreas Leonidou is Co-Founder and Partner of LLPO Law Firm in Nicosia, Cyprus, and Head of the firm's Corporate Department. A practising advocate since 1999 and accredited mediator, Andreas brings more than 25 years of experience advising domestic and international clients on corporate, commercial, real estate and regulatory matters across Cyprus, Greece and the United Kingdom.

He advises extensively on cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, investment structures and commercial property projects, acting for institutional investors, developers, financial institutions and private clients in high-value and structurally complex matters.

His practice spans capital markets, financial services and regulatory compliance — including listings on the Cyprus Stock Exchange, public offers, bond issuances and the licensing of Electronic Money Institutions (EMIs), Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) and payment service providers before CySEC and the Central Bank of Cyprus. Between 2005 and 2015, he served as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Cyprus Stock Exchange.

A John Taylor scholar of the University of Aberdeen, Scotland, Dr Tolu Aderemi holds a postgraduate degree in Oil and Gas, a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School, and an LL.B. from the University of Ibadan. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK, Nigerian Branch, and brings more than two decades of experience in energy and energy transition deals, real estate transactions, and domestic and international arbitration.

Tolu is the Managing Partner of Perchstone and Graeys LP, a fully serviced Nigerian law firm headquartered in Lagos with branch offices in Abuja and Benin City, and a Consulting arm in the United Kingdom. In this role, he provides overall strategic direction for the Firm and its offices, and also heads its Energy Practice Group, supported by a team of seven sector focused Partners and a strong bench of skilled Associates and Paralegals.

With extensive experience advising on complex cross border trade disputes and transactions, Tolu has authored the book International Arbitration Law and Practice: The Practitioner's Perspective (2020), a widely referenced text in the field. Beyond the Firm, he is Chairman of the Legal Monitoring and Law Reporting Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association, Lagos Branch, Chairman of the International Law Association (ILA) Arbitration Committee, and a member of the ICC Arbitration Commission, Nigeria, representing the Board in Paris.
