With a multidisciplinary background in Biomedical Science and Law, alongside experience in enterprise account management, legal services, market intelligence, technology and strategic partnerships, Richardson brings a considered, analytical and commercially aware approach to business development. His role is centred on strengthening relationships with clients, investors, property owners, professional advisers and strategic partners, while identifying opportunities that align clients' objectives with the Group's wider asset management, property and investment capabilities.
